We're excited to offer FREE wellness groups and park pop-ups in our community this summer!

What's Happening?

Wellness Groups: Registration is required for our Girls Group & Wellness Explorers groups.
Little Spot Program: Have a child aged 6-8? Come drop into our "Little Spot" program! No registration needed for this one but adult supervision is required.
Park Pop-Ups: Look for our team in parks across the community from July 21-25th!
